Graduated at the Hotel Institute in Castelfranco Veneto, he refined his skills in
“Etoile" institute, has attended a number of courses held by internationally
renowned chefs. Claudio has worked in many restaurants across Italy and abroad,
where he distinguished himself as a chef of “Made in Friuli”.
He has been team manager for the Friulian chefs team, being awarded with 13
gold, 15 silver, 10 bronze medals and many other awards.
Graduated at the European Linguistic High School of Gemona del Friuli, he began
his career in the world of catering alongside Claudio De Stefano, working in the
most beautiful historical houses of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
He refined his skills in “Etoile” institute, worked at the “Vitello d’Oro” restaurant in Udine, “Viroca” catering company, and the five-star luxury hotel “Four Seasons” in Milan.
He has been in charge as a Pastry Chef at “Al Picaron” restaurant in San
Daniele.
