Graduated at the European Linguistic High School of Gemona del Friuli, he began
his career in the world of catering alongside Claudio De Stefano, working in the most beautiful historical houses of Friuli Venezia Giulia. He refined his skills in “Etoile” institute, worked at the “Vitello d’Oro” restaurant in Udine, “Viroca” catering company, and the five-star luxury hotel “Four Seasons” in Milan.
He has been in charge as a Pastry Chef at “Al Picaron” restaurant in San
Daniele.
